Pathetic Vibre

I think its absolutely ridiculous that week after week there is issues on your stupid fibre lines. I work from home and it has costed me so much money just buying extra data because of lines not offline and working.

You then expect me to waiste 2 or 3 hours while troubleshooting on my laptop as to why your sh*t isn't working!!!!!! I want my stuff resolved in the next hour and I also want my money refunded for the times I have been down in the past 3 weeks.
