pathetic technical support

I have been trying to upgrade to the latest version of outlook without any luck. I then phoned Afrihost yesterday and after I waited 5 minutes for the consultant as his PC was slow he refused to assist me as my laptop apparently was too slow to his liking. I then received a sms stating that someone would contact me to resolve the issue which never happened. I called again this morning , was sent from pillar to post just to be cut of after the consultant shouted to his buddy in my ear. This is rude and unprofessional. I can still not utilise outlook and am utterly upset about the service rendered, a service which I am paying for!!!
