Pathetic support re: Hosting

<p>Having my site hosted at afrihost and reading the mybraodband article last week Thursday https://mybroadband.co.za/news/security/207474-hackers-nail-unsecure-websites-on-afrihost-server.html , i checked to see if my site was effected and it sure was.</p> <p>Contacting supportthey seemed to have no idea of anything happening, and said all is fine on their side, this was 2 support techs assisting me at different times. I was then told to restore from a previous back up from Cpanel , which i did , still the same issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I copied my database to a friends VPS and the site is running perfectly , no issues at all, added it back to afrihost and its still messed up as their service. Pathetic and dissapointing service</p>
