Pathetic Support Centre

After holding for about 10min from being caller no 10 to caller 1, when eventually got to the agent she asked for my details and she said she was gonna assist me and then she put me on hold and still holding now the system has routed me and i am the first caller on line again, my issue has not been resolved for the past few days, I am so not happy with the service and i am taking my business somewhere else
