Pathetic support

Getting any support out of Afrihost lately is almost impossible. Their live chat is constantly offline. They don't respond to \Help\" requests sent via SMS and I just called their support number and was told that I was caller number 33 with a hold time of 40 minutes. Its also very telling that they've stopped responding on hellopeter. This is my last month, goodbye and good riddance Afrihost."
