PATHETIC SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a request was logged to downgrade my hosting package, a ticket was logged to cancel the downgrade which was ignored, they are also refusing me access to change my mail box from imap to pop to clear some space!!
