Pathetic support

Let me start out by saying that their product and pricing is fair, even good compared to some but god forbid that you ever need support. They opt for a social media platform, whatsapp, that is not at all suited to a support environment. I just spend two stints on their support channel, the fist one I waited 1.5 hours and the second 2 hours for somebody to respond. Who sits and waits that long for somebody to respond? Then their support agents are very badly trained and they go by a script go hell or high water. No matter what you say, they insist on following the script. Absolutely pathetic.
