Pathetic Start to Fibre- Pathetic Service

<p>I recently signes up for one of Afrihosts fibre packages. The line was installed and the router was delivered. I then setup everything and found that there is still no internet connection. I then called them and they kept giving the same bull**** feedback of relaying this query to their fibre department to get a data link and calling me back with feedback, THEY DID NOT ONE CALL ME BACK! I called them more than 10 times and spent approximately 4 hours of airtime. I kept getting to a different person and they kept giving me the same feedback with no eventual response. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THEIR FIBRE PACKAGES. IT WILL NEVER WOR****! </p>
