Pathetic slow delivery and service.

I ordered a fixed-LTE router and Sim card from Afrihost on the 20th of July 2021. The items still have not been delivered. They also refuse to refund me for data that is already allocated on the SIM. The reason for the delay was that they couldn't contact me, which is not true. They only tried contacting me after I opened a ticket complaining about late delivery. This was one phone call. They never sent me an email or anything. They stated that the delivery can only be made on the 11th of August, 16 working days after the order was placed. I have cancelled the order and want a full refund of the payments I have made, including the router and data.
