Pathetic services

Got a shock of lifetime what a pathetic service I got from afrihost I would not recomend anyone to have them as their service provider.I was told to bring in a router yet the issue am experiancing is not on the router asked for the manager and was told manager is on lunch and never got to speak to the manager.logged numerous tickets for them to attend no calls no comunication its your own problem with them but it comes to be our problem when it comes to account.The callcenter agents are very rude I would not recomend you get their services unl;ess you wanna be frustrated with stress.
