PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!

I am an existing Afrihost customer. On 22 July I contacted them via WhatsApp to request assistance to migrate my services as I was due to move houses. I was initially assisted via WhatsApp by Onndwela M. I provided details of my date I will be moving. I supp**** my new address. I did say I will be moving houses so I just need my services moved to the new address. I was told that a new device will be installed or have line activated if the new address has fibre. Onndwela talked me through the migration process to follow on the Client On Zone website which I did. I even sent screen shots of this as I proceeded so that I can be guided in terms of what to do and the correct procedure. I confirmed the new address had fibre. I was then told to select 30 July after I asked what date is correct to select since I will need the wifi up and running by 1 August. On 30 July I sent another WhatsApp to follow up on the migration. I was assisted by Tafadzwa M. I was asked to provide the B Number. I sent the B number of the box in my old premises. I was told that because i already have existing fibre line no installation will be done but i will only be activated and this will take 48-72 hours max. I was told to make sure my fibre box is on for activation to take place. I told Tafadzwa that i previously chatted to Ondwella and was told to do a migration. Tafdzwa said there might have been a misunderstanding because he entered the SN that i provided him with instead of the one from the new location. He asked me to provide him with the fibre line. He said he already placed the order for the new address and the only issue is that he included the current premises SN but the address is correct. We then confirmed my new address. He said i can take the TP Link router and UPS with me to new address but leave the Nokia box at old address. He said to check at the new address if there is a nokia box. I received a SMS from Openerve to say they tried to activate ONT for service ID: B26005...but it seems the device is currently switched off or unplugged. Tafdzwa sad that when i logged the relocation i seleted migration option so the migrate option requires me to provide a B number for the new address that i am moving to. Ondwella never told me this initially. Ondwella told me to select migrate and follow the prompts which i did with Ondwella still chatting with me on WhatsApp. I told Tafadzwa this. Tafadzwa said the order for the new address was not logged to due to no B Number received. I was never asked before by Ondwella for any B number. Tafadzwa then said they are unable to detect the box and that they will schedule an appointment to come and check and install the new one. I again stressed i need this sorted because 1 August is a Friday and then it will be the weekend and i work from home so i need the wifi sorted. Tafdzwa said noted. So, you will wait their communication or we will update you on the progress of the order and feedback that will be available on our end. and he apologized for the inconvenience caused. On 1 August i messaged the WhatsApp line again. I spoke to Itumeleng to follow up on the wifi. I sent her the B number on the box in the new address. She said this was the serial number of the ONT. she said she sees a B Number has been provided to me so no need to worry. She will check the order and advise shortly. She sent a screen shot and said that my order for my new address is currently in progress. this means the activation process has been moved forward and is being worked on they the technical team. we will keep monitoring your order and update you as soon as there is any progress. On 4 August i sent another WhatsApp message. I asked that my wifi be sorted out on the 4th. I explained that i was told to do the migration and that it appears that Afrihost's WhatsApp Team being Ondwella had advised me incorrectly from inception on the process. I again was put through to Ondwella. I explained my frustration. I was asked again if new address has fiber box and i confirmed yes. i also said i did send a picture of the B number on the box at new premises. Ondwella said alright let me schedule a tech request quickly. I said i thought this was already done,. Ondwella said yes it has been i am just requesting an urgent rescheduling as Ondwella sees it has been delaying. He said to ensure the fiber box is plugged into the power. Yesterday i followed up again (5 August). spoke with Daniel. I was told at this stage a technician visit is still in the scheduling phase and we haven't received a confirmed time or date yet., as soon as the appointment is scheduled he will notify me immediately with the details. i expressed my frustration. explained how this delay is causing me much inconvenience and impeding on my work. i got an auto response about this being escalated and that you understand how frustrated i am. Today is the 6th of August. i am still without wifi. I enquired again on WhatsApp spoke to George. Told George why i am upset and i am contemplating cancelling and moving to a different service provider. To my dismay George wasn't empathetic but rather very rude to tell me if i go with another service provider it will only delay things further. i was then told that he cc'd the openserve service manager. I asked for a contact number to speak to the manager. i was told i can call ***. I called this number. didnt get much joy there either. then i got a SMS advising of a schedule for 11 august. This is already some 5 days away. A further delay. i MESSGAED WHATSAPP again. Liaised with ryton. was told a ticket has been logged unfortunately there has not been any feedback on the ticket yet and it remains open which means a team is still investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible. I am shocked at the level of service i have received. I am now being prejudiced financially as i need to purchase data which is costing me and also for faster wifi i need to drive out to get to an internet cafe for things such as TEAMS AND ZOOM. How is this acceptable? to provide no urgency. to not handle this correctly and competently. surely this is a simple thing that could have been resolved. I refuse to sit without wifi until the 11th. I would appreciate a formal response stating that this cannot be done sooner than the 11th whereafter my intention will be to cancel my services with Afrihost and make arrangements with a new service provider to come out and assist me. i would rather start afresh and have to wait than wait based on delays and incompetence from Afrihost.
