Pathetic Service Provider Afrihost

I have been waiting from the 15th of Feb ,no offense but the service i have received at Afrihost is disgusting. When managers tell you they are going to get back to you and don't who else are you supposed to contact.

I must phone metro fiber, i must confirm that Afrihost has placed my order ,i must come pick my router up and all this at my own expense and guess what after all of that metro fiber still dose not have my order. When you phone Afrihost it is one story after another and the same line "we will sort this out sir and get back to you shortly" this has been the story for the last month.

Can a call center tell you that they are experiencing an influx of calls all the time for the last three months.

Extremely poor customer service. Will not recommend this ISP as service provider to anyone.
