Pathetic service provider

I have been with afrihost for over 4 years now, i am Actually disgusted with the service i have got this month, i was allocated a credit note dated April 2024 for i dont know wat reason, upon my wife calling(account holder) the credit was acknowledged by a consultant and said i would be paying 49.00 instead of my monthly premium of 699.99 (credit note was 650) one the day for my debit they tried to debit the full amount but as I transferred to my other account and only left enough for the debit, the debit returned and on top i got charged an additional 50.00 admin fee . The second consultant gave another story saying its for the previous month, but thats bs coz i paid full the previous month and they cannot show me where exactly was my credit effected . Pathetic for a corporate industry, money doesn’t grow on trees guys we work hard. And i have emails and credit note number to prove this buy they refuse to help. Bad service.. I would recommend another network provider . Unfortunately i do not have the time to move over with all the installation process and admin so im kinda stuck, dont make the same mistake guys..
