Pathetic service - Poor response to queries
I have had terrible connection speed for a while, and that could not be sorted out timeously. I did not receive any feedback to say what progress is being made. Anyway a few months down the line, I see speeds are decent. When I did have slow speeds I was told that I will be creditted for any unused data due to slow speeds, but getting feedback for this seems impossible.

Sincere apologies for the time it's taken to have this resolved from our end :(
We definitely did promise additional data to be allocated once the coverage queries had been resolved. I've managed to follow up on some older tickets to track down the conversation, and as such have allocated an additional 3GB of data to your account which will expire at the end of August.
This should already be reflecting in your ClientZone. I trust this will cover the previously promised data rol*****s.
