Pathetic Service on Home Uncapped ADSL

<p>I am totally appalled by Afrihosts service regarding management of my home uncapped ADSL. They do not communicate when there is an outage and also when connectivity is slow their troubleshooting s****s are very mininal (evidence of poor technical s****s). The reality is Afrihost is charging me for pathetic service. </p>
