Pathetic service on customer

As much as their connection has been good no problems on that end theri customer services is pathtic, I have tried and contacted them so many times regarding account payments because i get paid on a new day and my payment for the account is on the 1st, i spoke to a customer services representative many times about this and they said they can not do so but i can pay regularly and ive been doing so and now i recieved an email with a threated to cancel my services because they can't seem continue with such services. Which is very rude as ive been communicating with them
