Pathetic service, never any internet!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE NO INTERNET I call everyday and I keep getting told someone will call back or they will escalate the problem which never gets sorted out. I am paying R1500 a month and I have NO INTERNET. I am told when I call them to restart or refresh the router. Reboot on the TP LINK website How do I reboot if I can’t even open a ****en page to google anything cause I don’t have any internet. Pathetic. Rather do with another internet provider as no one know what the **** is happening at this ****en joke of a place
