Pathetic Service, Inept Staff & Contractors - Stay Away!!

Stay away!! The most inept company that I have dealt with in a very long time... All goes well when signing up and them taking your money... the Installation still has not happened, this has been ongoing since the 13th of September 2024. All beacuase their installation contractor Brite Link who provides so-called installation services for Vumatel, have absolutely no clue what they are doing on a daily basis... I have emailed the CEO Gian Visser from Afrihost directly.... nothing seems to help... they keepnon playing "email tennis" instead of actually sorting out the issue... They are completely reliant on what their utterly useless, pointless, nonsense their contractor feeds them, instead of sending someone with two and a half braincells to asses the site properly. Thos is not a "cut & paste" Installation you will need more intelligent people here Mr. Visser...
