PATHETIC SERVICE FROM YOUR CONSULTANT

We had very slow internet connectivity at the office. I called Afrihost to log a fault and spoke to Jama. He advised that he will send me an email and put me on hold for approximately 5 min. He returned and advised that he was sending me an email. I received the email, followed the prompts and advised him that I could not proceed with the speed test as the connectivity was very slow. He asked me three times if I read his email and explained that I was following his prompts on the email to no avail. He asked me again if I read his email. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He asked if I read his email. I asked him if the calls were being recorded and he responded in the affirmative. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and he advised that there was no one available. He treated me like an ******** person. Pathetic service Afrihost especially for a long standing client.
