Pathetic service from these ISP's that may even cost me my job.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from Vuma / Afrihost . I have been issued my first warning at work because I have no internet to use ! I have called several times and get the same answer "someone will call you soon" , it has been a while that I am unable to get Afrihost/vuma to come and do their job. *** - please call urgently !!
