PATHETIC SERVICE FROM SUPPORT TEAM!!

Terrible service by your support team! I logged 2 tickets explaining that I'm receiving errors when trying to sign up for AirMobile prepaid package. On both tickets your agents keep saying that the number is on the mobile voice package! Which I know because that is why I'm trying to sign up to the AirMobile prepaid package!! I've sent numerous emails on both tickets asking for feedback and NOBODY bothers to get back to me or provide any form of assistance. PATHETIC service! The ticket numbers are WKD-***0 and OYN-***9 I expected better from you!
