Pathetic service from Leticia N on whatsapp help line, I need a router change as my router has a power issue, it keeps turning off randomly and when I move it, it turns on. I took a video and showed it to this person. She now acts as if I'm an idiot, I'm a IT tech I have tried all troubleshooting and nothing works. If my router doesn't get changed please cancel my services
