Pathetic service from clueless agents at Afrihost

Contacted Afrihost through their whatsapp line to change the address of my fixed LTE. Mpho assured me that it was done and that the change will take effect within 24 hrs. Switched on the router at the new address after 26 hrs and the sim is blocked..... Afrihost has lost a client today due to their pathetic service
