Pathetic service from afrihost.....do not use them

I have connected with afrihost for my fibre line, the router they delivered is not working the way it should. I have been struggeling now for almost 3 weeks, they do not have technicians that can come out and sort it out. Their service is pathetic. I must pay a monthly subscription for a service that i dont receive.
