pathetic service from Afrihost & Vumatell

I installed a new fibre link to my house about 3 weeks ago via Afrihost and Vumatell. Since the installation completed, I haven't been able to get internet access - so it is useless. Despite several emails complaining, the problem still persist. In the beginning, a technician contacted me and he could not resolve the problem. Since then, I sent several emails to their support getting the standard set of instructions every time that is not resolving the problem. Now I do not even get a response to my emails anymore and I even sent an email to Gian, the CEO. Also no response. I really would not recommend Afrihost & Vumatell to anyone.
