PATHETIC Service from Afrihost Mmathapelo!!!!!

Good day, Saturday I lodged a query via email to advise my router is non operational and I have NO wifi of which I already paid for.Having said that my household now incurred the extra cost of purchasing data which is extremely expensive hence us opting for this wifi option monthly...only to find the router is faulty.It is day 3 we are without wifi with the result we cannot work from home and have another cost incurred of petrol daily since connection is critical.After submitting the complaint/fault my credit card was then debited of which my credit card is locked meaning swiping and debits can't commence without my consent.Then I am told if I don't pay my account it will be cancelled in totality.This is extremely unprofessional and absolute non customer centric.Im paying a service I have no benefit of.It is claimed this service of mine won't be in use because I don't want to pay...make me understand WHAT must I pay and WHY?In my email dated today from Mmathaphelo it reads if I don't pay it today by 13:19pm I have you know our service is cancelled.This is damn ridiculous.No-one is available to call or too talk too.Pathetic and horrid service!
