Pathetic service from Afrihost!!!!

I won't rate them a one star. Pathetic service from Samantha in the accounts department. They disconnected the Landlady for a shortfall payment of R20, she paid the full amount in advance, yesterday, I send proof of payment this afternoon 15.19 and wifi is still disconnected . How long does it take to reconnect???? Utter disgrace, pathetic service, I will never recommend afrihost to anyone!!!! I'm very happy with my own service provider Webafrica
