Pathetic service from Afrihost.

I had a fault on my fiber line to which Afrihost committed in fixing within 24 - 48hrs. This in fact took them 7 days and was a simple faulty cable on the router. This fault affected my business with subsequent losses. They pushed accountability towards Openserve. I spent a fortune on additional data and additional routers to keep me going. I requested that Afrihost refund me my additional expenses to which they said that i am using their service at my own risk.
