Pathetic service from afrihost

They claim to be unshaped unthrottled uncapped fiber. They are a bunch of *****. For days now I'm struggling to watch or even open Netflix. They were insisting that the fault was not on there side. When I switched to my vodacom wifi the app works perfectly, so the problem has to be afrihost. I find it strange that certain streaming apps don't work after some time with afrihost, to me they are monitoring your usage and cutting you off and pretend they don't know what's happening. I've read that in some areas YouTube is an issue so it's clear what they are doing. I have sent them pics of how the netflix app works on a different service provider compared to theirs, no response.
