PATHETIC SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST!!!!

The worst ISP (AFRIHOST) ever in the world. I have been 4 times calling them to upgrade my fibre line to 40mbps, to date the line hasn't been upgraded. They continue to tell me Openserve is having issues to upgrade my line and they will have to do this manually. I called in about 5 times, they tell me their turnaround time is 48 hours to to provide feedback and not to fix a problem. Their services is pathetic, terrible its annoying.
