Pathetic service from Afrihost

Hi have app**** for fibre for my home last year and still not installed. Being told that telkom is blocking them to install then i get told fibre is not active then i get told that the land lord signed an agreement with Telkom and they cannot install. I then cancelled this with them and got R756 deducted from my bank account for the router.

They dont return calls and service is pathetic.
