Pathetic service from Afrihost

I have received pathetic service from Afrihost. I switched from Telkom to Afrihost for worse service. The debit order went through on the 1st so ofcourse I got my new data. Since the 1st my router light has been red. I have made so many calls to Afrihost they keep saying the matter has been escalated. Its been week and the issue has not been resolved yet!
