Pathetic Service

Absolutely Pathetic Service and there is always an issue with connectivity.

I am absolutely astounded by how *********** this company is. I have contacted them multiple times this month for THE SAME problem over and over again and they still cannot fix the issue.

They keep blaming MTN but do nothing about it. What is the point of paying for a service that they cannot *easily* provide?

Please avoid using this company unless you are willing to waste money and time.
