Pathetic Service - Double charged

I have been emailing Afrihost without any response from them for over a week. I have been double charged. This is absolute theft. I have screenshots and emails stating that I will not be double charged. This is pathetic service!! In a time like this where I cannot afford to be double charged due to salary cuts. Where is the service Afrihost?? I have to take this further as this is pure theft!!
