Pathetic Service Delivery

Afrihost and Vumatel are the worst to work with. I have been trying to get Fibre installed since the 26th of March. I only received some positive feedback on the 6th of April and payment was made. They even told me the date, time and address that the fibre was to be installed. Today I get a notification that my order has been cancelled. And nobody and can tell me why. They took my money and cancelled my order. Sounds like a real *****, doesn't it? That's what they are!!!!. Poor service delivery and pathetic service. All I am doing is waiting and then getting ****** by them.
