PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

We've just signed up with Afrihost for a server in the cloud and the monthly installment is very good and they had a lot of promises with regards the benefits to the server in a cloud.

Today is day three that we cannot connect to our server in the cloud. Every time we phone they cannot tell me when we will be able to log into our server and as a result my personnel are unable to do their work, as they are not able to log onto the server.

When we phone them promise to phone back but they never do. Apparently there is a problem with their network, but they cannot give me a timeline when the problem will be sorted out.

This is unacceptable as this is a very busy law firm and as a result of no service delivery and / or ethics our company came to a stand still due to not being able to log onto our server.

Please what ever you do never do business with Afrihost - they do not know the meaning of the word service delivery.
