Pathetic service

I have been with out internet for past 2 weeks , the order was confirmed and no one has pitched to sort out the line shift. I mean Afrihost has become worst then our current government. They r lazy and all they say we apologise for the inconvenience sir. And then do nothing about it. I will report them to the competition commission to handle the case.
