Pathetic Service

Wish I could give 0 stars. Have been trying to log a fault ticket in my fibre line for 2 weeks but nothing gets done. This company is quite useless. They just don't care and tell me it has been escalated every day when I follow up. They don't every provide feedback. I called Openserve myself and they stayed that Afrihost have not logged any tickets with them.
