Pathetic Service Consultants

I moved my LTE Router to a different area, however when I contacted Afrihost I told that they need to contact MTN to change IP address on the Towers. Its been 3 days later and nothing has been fixed. When you call *** the consultant listen to your problem and put you on hold to never return. This pathetic service all day long. Another thing Im not paying for the days that the Device was not working.
