Pathetic service connection

Hi. I have been dealing with a gentleman from Afrihost by the name of Johnson who has been really good in trying to sort my issue regarding my fibre connection on a Sunday. He has check from his side that that our fibre speed and all of these issue are correct of which is was,, He did a diagnostics and he was receiving time outs from the diagnostics of which the request did not want to connect, however now for some reason nothing on my phone wants to connect even though on my Wi-Fi setting it reflects that I am connected, either connected with no internet access of with access. I did even a Wi-Fi setting reset and nothing is happening. This started to happen ever since TT connect came and worked in our complex last week. What am I paying for? A service with no service. Everything was perfectly fine, until TT connect came to work in the complex. I need this matter to be sorted ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
