Pathetic Service

Absolutely useless, I tried to log a call yesterday, our Download speed was 0.45MBps. when it should be 100MBps. Upload is fine. I first tried their What app service, that is ****** useless they keep disconnecting and each time you go through the same process. Wasted 2 hours on Sunday trying to resolve our issue. Tried again today same old story, They then tell me to call support well that took 35 minutes before my call was answered. I received a reference number, but guess what, no one at Afrihost knows anything about it. I called back in the afternoon only to find that there were no calls logged against my profile. Several hours and a whole load of GSM data and telephone calls wasted. AVOID Afrihost . One agent told me I must wait 72 hours for an answer to my query. WHAT PLANET ARE YOU ON?
