Pathetic Service

I am currently experiencing the worst service from Afrihost and Vumatel. Afrihost is telling me that Vumatel needs to cancel my existing line before they can activate my order. I have been without internet for the past 07 days and they are now telling me I should wait until Friday the 09th. How I am supposed work without internet? All they are telling me, is that they have escalated my issue. This inconvenience is costing me money as I need to buy data to be online for work.
