Pathetic Service by Afrihost

I have app**** for an Uncapped Fibre service for Sep 2019. Its been 18 days now and I still dont have internet connection. Their customer service is pathetic. When I speak to their consultants, they say they will follow up with the fibre service provider and till today there is no response. Moreover they wanted to charge me around R999 if I prefer to cancel their service. So basically am stuck with them without any service. I would suggest any new customers not to take afrihost as their internet service provider.
