Pathetic service- Avoid

I ordered and paid for a wireless router. Signed up for the LTE special. Router arrived -not working. Useless WhatsApp advise. Was told I should return router. I did. Was charged for courier costs. Now nothing. No refund but my monthly subs are being deducted!! Pathetic. Avoid
