PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNSTABLE LINE

Service is disgusting. we are 2 people in a flat with a 50mb fibre line. we have been experiencing consistent issues regarding ping and packet loss spikes. pcs and all devices are hardly using any data at all we have 2 pcs 1 laptop and 2 phones.... they blame the packet loss on wireless devices or downloads where there is not even a app to do a download running or either of the pcs. my fiance is loosing income because of this issue, DO NOT GO AFRIHOST SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
