Pathetic service and slow slow speed

<p>I signed up for a 20mbps line on my new fibre line and was told that once I reace 200gigs of useage that they will throttle me. Ive only used 18gigs and have flucturing speeds in the region of 3-4mbps... how is that even possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im sick and tired of you poor service, slow speeds and poor excuses. All my neighbours are using the same fibre line with different ISP's and enjoying lot faster speeds.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im going to cancel my contract with this is not resolved and will go public every day with this of its not resolved.
