Pathetic service and non delivery

Newly signed with Afrihost. Absolutely useless and pathetic service. Let's not get started with the lack of skills on their so called whatsapp helpdesk. It's a joke. I am paying for a service that does not work. My internet has been down for 4 days in a time where people work from home. Upon several attempts to get a hold of afrihost who are probably the only service provider without 24hr verbal support, this matter is yet to be resolved. I find myself having to try and keep chasing and never contacted by afrihost with any updates. I am currently still paying for my internet connection with Axxess and thank God for that. I only moved over since Axxess does not use zoom Fiber as a service provider. I personally want afrihost to cancel my contract and come collect their router. Never has this bad service from an issue in my life.
