Pathetic Service and NO Internet

I have one of the better fibre packages from Afrihost. My internet is so unstable I cannot connect to Zoom calls or download emails. I have emailed Afrihost countless times and have yet to receive a reply. Stay away from this company! Their customer service is non-existent!
