Pathetic Service Afrihost

I got the most terrible service from Afrihost!!! I am a fibre customer from the beginning of January and after 8 phone calls (average duration between 20 and 45 minutes at my own cost) I still don't get the internet speed as per my package and contract and what I am paying for! Not one of their staff members phoned me back as promised and the last two refused to put me through to one of their managers! I would prefer to give them no star at all! Pathetic service and I will never recommend them to anyone!!!
