Pathetic service

In March 2023, I contacted afrihost to upgrade my DSL line since they refuse to connect fibre to my property. The *********** customer service personnel rather cancelled my line ( my household works from home so major inconvenience). I communicated with Afrihost via email, calls and even WhatsApp. Afrihost (my service provider) has terrible communication skills with openserve ( whom they work with and is making it my problem). I was told that Afrihost is "the order is still awaiting schedule" & "still awaiting feedback from the DSL team", funny because openserve has been at my property twice already and according to Afrihost they haven't. Clearly communication is not their strong point. Two months and still nothing!
